EP Power Minerals acquires National Minerals Corporation, expanding into the US Market

Boston, Massachusetts – April 7, 2025 – EP Power Minerals, a leading global provider of cementitious materials, today announced the acquisition of National Minerals Corporation, a key regional player in the Supplementary Cementitious Materials.

This strategic move strengthens EP Power Minerals’ position in the US market and expands its capabilities to supplying materials in the growing sustainable construction market.

We are very happy to join the EP Power Minerals team.   The combination EP Power Minerals with NMC will strengthen our company and benefit our Utility partners, customers, and employees.  EP’s dedication to and experience with fly ash harvesting projects will be very valuable to our utility partners and customers in the future.   We are very energized and excited to begin working together to develop more opportunities for increasing the use of fly ash, slag and other SCM’s in the U.S.
