Change in the management of EP Power Minerals GmbH
Mr. Andreas Hugot has left EP Power Minerals GmbH as Spokesman of the Management Board. Since 17 February 2025, Mr. Mariusz Kostowski has taken up his position as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Mr. Hugot will take on an advisory role until the end of the year with his many years of market expertise.
Mr. Hugot has worked for our company for more than 32 years. During this time, he has shaped the development of the group of companies like no other person and has been instrumental in setting the course for a positive future for the EP Power Minerals Group.
We would like to thank Mr. Hugot for his many years of loyal and dedicated work for the Group and look forward to having him by our side as a consultant until the end of the year.
Mr. Mariusz Kostowski has been familiar with the EP Power Minerals Group for many years from the perspective of the shareholder EPH. We wish him all the best in his new role as CEO of EP Power Minerals GmbH! Together with Albert Jelínek and Rüdiger Lorentz he will guide the EP Power Minerals GmbH into the future.
